1. Membership Duration: Wine Club membership is ongoing and renews automatically based on your selected payment frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annual) until cancellation.
2. Payment Terms: Payment will be charged to your provided payment method according to your selected frequency. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month at the standard rate. Quarterly payments (billed every three months) receive a 5% discount off the total. Annual payments (billed once per year) receive a 7% discount off the total. All discounts are automatically applied to your billing. All prices are subject to 6% tax, which will be added to your total at checkout.
3. Wine Selection: Wine selections are made by our sommelier based on your stated preference (red, white, variety, or sparkling). While we strive to honor preferences, specific varietals and vintages may vary based on availability and seasonal offerings.
4. Pickup and Delivery: Wine club bottles are available for pickup at our restaurant. Members will be notified when their monthly selection is ready. Bottles must be picked up within 30 days of notification or they may be forfeited.
5. Age Requirement: Members must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID will be required at pickup.
6. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time with 15 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after this period will be processed for the following billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused bottles.
7. Pausing Membership: Members may pause their membership for up to three months per calendar year with advance notice. Paused memberships will not be charged during the pause period.
8. Member Benefits: Wine club members receive exclusive member pricing on additional wine purchases, priority reservations, and invitations to special wine tasting events.
9. Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute wines of equal or greater value if selections become unavailable.
10. Liability: The restaurant is not responsible for bottles after pickup. Members assume all responsibility for proper storage and consumption.
11. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions or membership pricing with 30 days notice to members.
12. Contact Information: Members agree to keep contact information current and acknowledge that failure to receive notifications due to outdated information does not exempt them from membership obligations.
