"We had a really good stay and would recommend to anyone. We loved the room and how every detail and amenities were provided. Found you online while driving on turnpike, and everything from the great food to the quality and thought put into everything totally exceeded our expectations. Hope to visit again in the future!"

"We stopped overnight in our 37’ Fifth Wheel en route from Ohio to Delaware. This is a very cute, small, historical town on the Raystown Branch Juniata River, and the Inn itself is a beautifully renovated historical building. We are new to RV travel and maneuvering a big rig. In addition to reviewing the helpful photo with instructions, the Manager (Ashley) was very nice about coming out to advise us about parking options. We were nervous about how to get out, but there are almost no cars in the morning and there was plenty of room to navigate. The evening we arrived, we thoroughly enjoyed drinks and dinner in Mona's Bar downstairs (reservations thru Resy). The bartender was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was an interesting selection of craft cocktails (e.g., hickory smoked old fashioned, mango Moscow mule), good wines, and farm to table menu options. We had sausage stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer (yum!), then sea bass with angel hair pasta and filet (variety of sides, sauces from which to choose). Both were delicious! For dessert, we had the Biscoff cookie cheesecake with peanut butter ice cream. Decadent! Breakfast at The Provender on Main St. was outstanding!"

"We drove down from NYC for a break away from the hustle & bustle of city life. This was the perfect place in a beautiful historic town in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. Spent some quality time in rockers on the front porch reading our books. Our room was absolutely amazing and covered every detail you could imagine & the bed was the best. We had an incredible dinner that night down in the Tavern in the basement which is an old world charm restaurant and bar with wood paneling & high ceilings. The food was so good that we ate every meal there. Blew away expectations coming from NYC. This is a top notch operation & the attention to details is amazing & shows in their presentation and the most friendly staff. We will be back soon, so glad we found this gem!"

My husband and I stayed at the Union Hotel three nights this prior week. Please keep doing what you are doing. We had friends join us at the hotel and they very much enjoyed their stay. I was looking for a place to stay between Rockhill furnace and west to Acme, Pa. But I wanted something with personality, versus the same old thing. I found the Union Hotel and booked it with expectations that were so exceeded. I would go out of my way to stay there again and make sure that I stayed at a night when dinner was served. FYI the Eggplant dish was to die for.

The ambiance of the Union Hotel is very welcoming, clean and upscale. The food is generously served with obvious attention to presentation. Our Bruschetta appetizer was beautiful, looked like too much but my wife and I devoured it all. My steak was perfect and tender. The bartender made the best Vesper Martini I ever had. Service was attentive and professional. We have dined there numerous times and will be going back again soon.

Booked the hotel because it was close to a kayak sojourn put-in without any idea that it was on the Historic Register. The town of Everett was a nice surprise (had just driven by on Rt 30 before). Hotel more so. Staff was helpful with a heavy bag, was pleased with the comfortable room and elegant bathroom and hospitable touches such as the breakfast tray on the bed, coffee service, etc. Had a good dinner with a friend in the period dining room. Fascinating history printed on the back of the menu. Zipped downstairs to look at the bar. And very comfortable bed! Beautifully maintained building and overall pleasant experience. On my list for a return trip. Many thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint hotel. It has the modern comforts while keeping its historical authenticity! They have a nice restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The location is in the heart of this small town. It was a lot of fun to shop in the local business. Who were welcoming and very attentive. They sell some unique items not found in larger stores. We highly recommend the Union Hotel!

We often travel to Everett for school sports and stopped on Monday evening for a quick bite to eat. The entrance is beautiful but we saw a sign upon arrival that the seating was unavailable but we could go to the lower level and eat at the bar. We decided to give it a shot and we were so glad we did! For an appetizer we had Drunkin Mushrooms which were locally grown and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are very plentiful and I took the majority of my salad home. Service was quick, we were in and out within forty-five minutes!!! Will definitely be stopping back.

I stopped in at this unexpected treasure on a long road trip. Only had dinner - but now planning a return with a stay. The property is beautiful and immaculate - but do not miss the food. The Drunken Mushrooms are decadent and delicious. The chocolate raspberry cookie crumble dessert was very good. Fresh-baked rolls are soft and flavorful. The shrimp and crab primavera? Honestly one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. No, I am not exaggerating. Portion, temperature, flavors, generous proportioning of the shrimp and crab, creme sauce, subtle spice - all perfect. I may dream about it. Megan was attentive both to me, and her trainer, Matt - who made sure everything was enjoyable. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, accommodating, and focused on ensuring the guest’s good experience. I look forward to a return trip to enjoy the accommodations and basement tavern as well - and the primavera again.

Never thought we'd find a place like this so close to home. We went there for a Sunday Brunch and it was spectacular. Can't go wrong with the Crabcake Benedict, scrumptious. Likewise the maple bacon burger and maple french toast. And don't even get me started on the Bloody Mary. Everything was perfect. Oops, almost forgot, the S'mores creme brulee!!!! Need I say more? Just try it, you won't be sorry.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Union Hotel in Everett, PA! The building has been beautifully maintained, and I was so impressed with how well they’ve preserved the original details—it truly feels like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts. Everything was spotless, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and booking was simple and seamless. It’s just a quick drive past all the chain hotels, and so worth it for such a unique, welcoming experience. You can feel the love and care that has been poured into every detail of this place. A true gem—highly recommend!

Hotel

My stay at the Union Hotel in Everett far exceeded expectations. The room was truly beyond description—quaint, warm, and beautifully furnished. The dresser and nightstand were solid wood with a high-end, handcrafted look that immediately caught my eye. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring granite floors, a granite vanity top, and a granite shower, complemented by old-world style fixtures that added real charm. The bed—an elegant wrought iron frame—was paired with a very comfortable mattress and cozy quilt, making for a perfect night’s rest. Even the lighting stood out, with beautiful table lamps that completed the room’s inviting atmosphere. Considering the exceptional quality, the price was more than fair. It’s competitively priced with hotels in nearby towns, yet the experience could easily rival a 5-star stay in a major city—for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend giving the Union Hotel a try. You won’t regret it one bit.
